Our bedding set is made from 100% polyester microfiber. The polyester material is super soft allowing a comfortable night’s sleep through any season.

• Made With Care: Our duvet covers are securely sewn and have a hidden zipper envelope closure that makes it easy to place your new duvet comforter into the cover. The Pillowcases are also finished neatly with the same envelope closures.
• Quality Materials:  Breathable with durable stitching and made from incredibly soft polyester that is just as comfortable against your skin as they are cool to look at.
• Made to Last: Stain, shrink, and wrinkle resistant. Our high-quality printing process produces a high-resolution picture and vibrant colors will not fade after multiple washing.
• The set includes two pillow covers & one duvet cover in a matching design. Our bedding sets are fully machine washable, durable & pleasant to the touch without losing color, bleeding, or fading. The backside of the duvet cover is always white or grey.
• Note: Comforter, Bed sheets, and Pillow inserts are NOT INCLUDED

Garment Care Instructions

• For the first time washing, please rinse with water before use.
• Select a gentle machine washing mode. Avoid clothes containing zippers, hooks, or buttons.
• We recommend using a mild detergent.

In addition, if your order is personalized and/or needs adjustment, it may take a few days for our designer to create a complete art file. Design time will depend on adjustment (more or less, easy or difficult) can be from 1-5 days or more.

1. The above timeframe is only applied for orders to the US with standard shipping method ("days" here is "business days")
2. The majority of our orders are processed and shipped within the timeframe we offer above. However, the time period above is only approximate and can differ in individual cases. Some items/orders may require a longer ship-out and/or delivery timeframe.
3. Due to unforeseeable delivery bottlenecks with our suppliers as well as delivery companies, deliveries may be delayed a little bit. We apologize for any inconvenience that this may cause to you.
4. Holiday shipping: Due to certain US and International Holidays, especially in peak seasons, orders may take longer to ship out.. We're so sorry for this inconvenience and hope that you can understand for us.
5. International orders: It may take additional days if orders have to go through customs. We have no influence on the customs process and apologize for any inconvenience due to delivery delays resulting from this.

• I never received my package, what should I do?

Many times your package will be sitting at the local post office due or there was a missed delivery attempt.

For U.S. orders, if a package has not been successfully delivered and it has been more than 20 days since the order was placed and tracking data is showing, you can request a refund or make a request to have the order be re-sent. If it has been less than 20 days and tracking data is showing, please patiently wait until the package has a chance to arrive.

For international orders, if a package has not been successfully delivered and it has been more than 30 days and tracking data is showing we will replace or refund these orders.

• How much is shipping?

Once you’ve clicked through to Secure Checkout, you can enter your delivery address and continue to shipping method.

Shipping costs are then calculated and tacked on to your subtotal at the bottom of the page.

• International buyers - What about customs? Will I be charged for duties or customs when my package arrives in my country?

Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges vary from one country to another and are the buyer's responsibility.

Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be.

Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. For any defective products, send us an e-mail at info@madisonku.com for better advice. If your item meets one of the following conditions, please contact us as soon as you receive the item. We will reship your order at no cost. There is no need to return the wrong or defective item.

- Design error: wrong design compared to information provided by customers on our site.

- Bad quality: blurry image/print.

- Exceeded shipping time: If you do not receive the order within the timeframe.

- Damage during shipment.

What should you do? Contact us within 20 days since you get your items and provide us necessary informations:

1. Your order/invoice ID
2. In case you get wrong item/ damaged item please send us a picture of the item you received via email info@madisonku.com
   

Please Note

We do not process a refund/reprint in the following cases:

• your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address, not being at home to receive the delivery, not picking up the packages as requested);
  
• your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of Our Store (i.e. not being cleared by your country's customs, being delayed by a natural disaster, showing "delivered" in the tracking system, having been shipped into your mailbox but gotten lost).
• No refund for the incorrect, wrong shipping address. We will send a replacement with an additional fee.
  
• If 20 days have gone by since you get your items.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges/returns for size unless it is our fault for sending the wrong-size items. For other reasons like sewing or printing problems, we will take care of them all for you. Please contact us first and we will guide you through the steps. Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorize you to do so.
